| • There are no refunds for finished commissions, unless I was unable to fulfill it. If by 60 days I wasn't able to forward you the final product, you have the complete right to be refunded. |
| • Payment is only through Paypal and USD. I won't accept any other method of payment and the prices cannot be negotiated. Prices are set on the amount of time/effort that will go into that particular piece. |
| • I'll send through online messages up to 5 (five) advances during the process, for feedback purposes and to realize changes and corrections. The amount of advances provided may vary according to the complexity of the work and whether you've commissioned me before too :) |
| • The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use, but may not commercialize (make money) off of it. If they want to do so, they have to pay an extra charge. |
| • I, as the artist, hold the right to the artwork and I'm allowed to use it to promote myself via portfolio, art examples etc. If you don't feel comfortable with me posting such, please tell me beforehand. |

• As many references of the character(s), color palettes, and other details.
• If you have a specific pose in mind, please provide it as well, even if it is just a stock image. It's easier to understand.
